Every form is signed online, time-stamped and stored for Rank Up staff. A parent or legal guardian must sign for any athlete under 18.

Copy a link and text or email it. Anyone who opens it can sign right on their phone — no account needed. Add a team name and it fills in for every athlete on that link.

Ride-Along Release
Required for any athlete riding in a Rank Up vehicle, RV or tour truck to or from an event.
Interview & Video Release
On-camera interviews, mic'd-up segments, podcasts and any recorded content featuring the athlete.
