Privacy policy
What we collect
Public profile information you submit for teams and players, private contact information for guardians and coaches, event registration details, donation details, and basic technical signals used to enforce voting limits.
Protecting minors
Guardian names, emails and phone numbers are stored privately and are never displayed on public pages. Player profiles are published only after a parent or legal guardian certifies consent, and only after Rank Up staff review.
Voting signals
To enforce one team vote and one player vote per visitor per 24 hours, we store a one-way hashed fingerprint derived from your connection. We do not store your raw IP address alongside your vote.
Payments
Payment details are handled by our payment provider. Rank Up never stores full card numbers.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help operate Rank Up, and with Nexxt Seal where a team or player profile is synchronized with the shared football database.
Your choices
A guardian, coach or team president may request correction or removal of a profile at any time by contacting Rank Up through any of our official channels.
