The Rank Up Game
Eligibility
Anyone may vote — no account required. Teams and players must be registered on Rank Up and approved by Rank Up staff to appear on a leaderboard. Player profiles require parent or legal guardian certification. Team profiles require head coach or team president authorization.
Voting
Each vote costs $1 and adds exactly one vote. A visitor may cast one team vote every 24 hours and one player vote every 24 hours. These limits are independent — you may vote for both a team and a player on the same day, but not for two teams or two players.
Verification
All votes are validated on the Rank Up server. A vote is credited only after payment is verified. Vote counts cannot be changed from a browser. Votes identified as fraudulent, automated or duplicated may be reversed and the associated payment refunded.
Vote messages
Every vote may carry a short public message. Messages are sanitized and moderated. Rank Up may hide any message that is abusive, contains personal information about a minor, or violates these rules.
Reward pools
Every age group has its own reward pools — one for teams and one for players. Each $1 vote adds $1 to the pool of the age group and subject it was cast in, and that money never moves to another age group. Pool balances are shown live on the Rank Up Game page.
Winners
At the close of a competition, the #1 voted team in each age group receives that age group’s entire team pool, and the #1 voted player in each age group receives that age group’s entire player pool. In addition, the #1 voted team overall and the #1 voted player overall each receive a $1,000 cash prize on top of their pool. Rank Up freezes voting before results are certified. In the event of a tie, the entity that reached the total first is ranked higher.
Registration
Team and player registration is $5. Registration grants a public profile and an initial vote. Registration fees are not refundable once a profile is approved and published.
Conduct and safety
Rank Up is a youth sports platform. Contact details for minors and guardians are never shown publicly. Rank Up may remove any profile, message or registration at its discretion to protect participants.
